Admission & Withdrawal Procedures
ADMISSIONS
1. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND RULES
1.1. Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office before the end of the Registration Period.
1.2. Incomplete or illegible Registration forms, without Photographs, will not be processed/accepted.
1.3. Dates for tests/interviews/interactions will be given at the time of registration.
1.4. The school authorities reserve the right to change the date and time of the interview.
1.5. Mere issue of form or registration does not imply admission which is subject to Admission tests/interviews/interaction and to the availability of seats.
1.6. Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation or concerned civic authority must accompany the Registration/Admission Form for classes Nursery, L.K.G. & U.K.G. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of birth certificate. T.C. from a recognized school, countersigned by CBSE/State Education Officer (Authority concerned) and photocopy of report card of the last exam passed must be attached with the Registration Form for Classes I and above.
2. ADMISSION PROCEDURE
2.1. Entrance Tests/Interviews/Interaction:
2.1.1. There will be written tests for students seeking admission to classes I and onwards. However, for classes Nursery, LKG & UKG admission will be based on personal interview of the parents along with the child on date given.
2.1.2. Results will be displayed on the Notice Board immediately for classes Nursery L.K.G. & U.K.G. Results for other classes will be displayed on the Notice Board/Website on the same day.
2.1.3. Age criteria for Admission to: (Age as on 01st April).
2.1.3.1. Nursery Age 3+ years
2.1.3.2. L.K.G. Age 4+ years.
2.1.3.3. U.K.G. Age 5+ years.
2.2. Admission Formalities:
2.2.1. Successful candidates, whose names are included in the merit list must pay the admission and other fees by the date specified in the circular.
2.2.2. Parents are requested to submit the Transport Form (where applicable) and Medical Form along with filled Admission form at the time of payment of fees.
2.2.3. The admission card will be issued to parents only after all the three forms are duly filled and the admission formalities are completed.

NON-REFUND OF FEES
The fees once paid is not refundable for any reason whatsoever.

WITHDRAWAL RULES
4.1. Application for withdrawal is to be made on a prescribed form available in the school Office.
4.2. One month's notice period is required for withdrawal before the end of the term/academic session (31st March) failing which he/she may have to deposit the fees for the next two months.
4.3. No withdrawal is possible unless all the dues are paid and no refund from the deposited amount is possible in any case.
4.4. Clearance must be obtained from the Laboratories and Library In-Charge before applying for withdrawal.
4.5. Transfer certificate will be issued after 07 days of the receipt of the application and clearance of all dues.
The Instructions for the Payment of Fees
1. School fee for the academic session will be charged as per guideline issued from time to time by the school.
2. Payment of the fees in advance on a half-yearly and annual basis is also accepted.
For classes VIII to XII, the school fees till March should be deposited by January to get a no-dues certificate.
